  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup smoked bacon, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheeseButta


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, celery, bell pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Spread half of the meat mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle bacon over the top of the meat.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
